REFUND POLICY

Customer refund will be eligible in the following conditions:

  • If customer does not receive the exact placed order by the company and customer insist for the refund of the money instead of reattempting the delivery of exact order in 2nd attempt.
  • In this case customer paid money will be refunded in the original payment mode or as per the mutual agreed payment options.
  • This communication will be documented on the email for the transparency purpose and to serve the customer best possible manner.
